Poster Competition Winners 2005

The student poster competition featured 37 posters, which were assessed by five judges: Matthias Ruth, Brynhildur Davidsdottir, Edgar Hertwich, Reid Lifset, and Gregory Keoleian.

Winners received cash and an ISIE membership.

*1st Place ($200) - Andres Clarens, University of Michigan
- Performance Testing of Novel Vegetable Oil Metal Working Fluids Utilizing Supercritical Carbon Dioxide vs. Water as a Carrier.

**2nd Place ($150) - Ermelinda Harper, Yale University
- Tungsten: A Temporally Resolved Quantitative Stocks and Flows Analysis.

***3rd Place ($100) - Harn Wei Kua, Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Understanding Associated Effects of Policy Tools in Promoting Industrial Ecology in the Construction Industry: Case Studies of Virgin Material Tax and Forest Management Law.
